The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows:

3. Account Security and Responsibility

4. Deposits and Payments

The following payment methods are available for depositing funds on game99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each payment method).
  • All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
  • Deposited funds must come from an account held in the name of the actual account owner — third-party payments are not accepted.
  • game99 reserves the right to verify and, if necessary, cancel any deposit request.

5. Withdrawals and Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from game99:

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
  • Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawal funds will only be sent to a payment account registered in your name that has been previously verified.
  • Any bonus funds linked to a wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that wagering requirement has been met.
  • game99 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals during any investigation into suspicious activity or fraud.
  • Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

game99 provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following conditions apply when accepting these offers:

  • Welcome Bonus: A 200% bonus on the first deposit applies up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000.
  • The wagering requirement on bonuses is 10x (ten times) — meaning you must wager ten times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be made.
  • game99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any existing promotion at any time.
  • If bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended and the bonus forfeited.
  • Each bonus has its own expiry period — once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
  • Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same IP address or device is not permitted.

7. VIP and Rewards Program

The game99 VIP program has five levels in total. Each level comes with various benefits including weekly cashback:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP level depends on your overall activity on the platform. Cashback amounts are automatically credited to your account every Monday. game99 reserves the right to review and change any member's VIP status.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on game99 and immediate action will be taken if any are found:

  • Attempting to obtain bonuses or winnings through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest means.
  • Exploiting software bugs or technical errors.
  • Accessing or using another member's account.
  • Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Playing using automated bots or third-party software.
  • Behaving in an abusive manner toward other members or staff.
  • Conducting harmful attacks on game99's systems or network.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, the member's account will be permanently closed, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

game99 is committed to fair play and transparency. We follow these principles in running every game:

  • All game outcomes are completely independent and not predetermined — each bet's result is separate.
  • If a technical issue occurs during play, game99 reserves the right to void the relevant bet.

  • Winnings obtained due to an error in any game provider's software may be voided.

game99's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the value of the transaction in question.
